Who We Are
India Hospitality Hub (IHH) is an online B2B marketplace platform that facilitates connections between buyers in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, guest houses) and verified suppliers (manufacturers, wholesalers, traders and distributors) of hotel and hospitality supplies across India.
IHH is operated as a technology intermediary platform. We provide the digital infrastructure, tools and marketplace for sellers to list their products and for buyers to discover and inquire about those products. We do not buy, sell, stock, manufacture or physically deliver any goods listed on this platform.
All transactions, negotiations, pricing agreements, supply contracts and deliveries are conducted directly between the buyer and the seller. IHH is not a party to any such transaction.

- Buy, sell, stock, manufacture or deliver any products listed on the platform
- Act as an agent, broker or representative of any seller or buyer
- Guarantee the quality, authenticity or accuracy of any product listed
- Guarantee delivery timelines, pricing or availability of any product
- Handle payments between buyers and sellers
- Become a party to any contract or agreement between buyer and seller
- Take responsibility for post-sale disputes between buyers and sellers
- Verify or endorse the legal compliance of seller-listed products

India Hospitality Hub operates as a technology intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. As an intermediary, IHH is not responsible for the content, accuracy or legality of third-party listings on this platform, provided we act in good faith and comply with applicable takedown requirements under Indian law.
