India Hospitality Hub is a B2B online marketplace platform that connects buyers in the hospitality industry — hotels, resorts, restaurants and guest houses — with verified Indian suppliers of hotel and hospitality supplies. IHH is a technology intermediary platform and does not buy, sell or deliver any products itself.

IHH is open to two types of users: (1) Buyers — any hotel, resort, restaurant, guest house, facility manager or hospitality professional looking to source supplies. No registration is required to browse. (2) Sellers — manufacturers, wholesalers, traders and distributors of hospitality-related products who wish to list their products and receive buyer leads. Sellers must register and complete document verification.

Yes. Browsing products, viewing listings and searching across categories is completely free for buyers — no registration, no login required. A one-time OTP verification of your mobile number is required only when you wish to send an enquiry to a seller.

IHH currently covers 12 major hotel supply categories: Hotel Furniture, Bed & Mattresses, Linen & Towels, Kitchen Equipment, Bathroom Fittings, Lighting, Flooring & Carpets, Housekeeping Supplies, Restaurant Equipment, Outdoor & Pool, Electronics & TV, and Curtains & Blinds. New categories are added regularly.

Yes. IHH is a pan-India platform. Sellers from all states and union territories of India can register and list products. Buyers from all across India can browse and enquire. Buyers can also filter products by seller city and state.

No. You can browse all products, view images, read specifications and check prices without any registration or login. You only need to verify your mobile number via OTP when you wish to send an enquiry to a seller.

When you click "Get Best Quote" or "Send Enquiry" on a product, a popup will appear asking for your name, mobile number and requirement. After you submit, an OTP is sent to your mobile number. Once you enter the correct OTP, your enquiry is delivered to the seller and they will contact you directly.

No. Your mobile number is shared only with the specific seller whose product you enquired about. It is never displayed publicly on the platform, never sold to third parties and never used for unsolicited marketing. IHH complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Yes. You can send enquiries to multiple sellers for similar products and compare their quotes, pricing, MOQ and delivery terms before making a decision. This is recommended to get the best deal.

No. IHH is a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, stock, inspect or deliver any products. Product quality, specifications and availability are the sole responsibility of the individual seller. IHH verifies seller identity documents (GST, PAN) but does not verify or guarantee product quality. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence, request samples where possible, and satisfy themselves before placing any order.

No. Prices shown on product listings are indicative and are set by sellers. Actual pricing, delivery timelines and minimum order quantities are subject to direct negotiation between you and the seller. IHH is not a party to any such agreement and provides no guarantees on price, availability or delivery.

If a seller does not respond within a reasonable time or you suspect fraud, please report it to our Grievance Officer at grievance@indiahospitalityhub.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action including suspension of the seller account if violations are confirmed. For financial fraud, you are also advised to file a complaint with your local police cybercrime cell or at cybercrime.gov.in.

Click "List Your Products" on the top navigation bar. Fill in your basic details (name, email, mobile, company name, business type). Verify your email via OTP. Then complete your profile by submitting business documents (GST Certificate, PAN Card, shop photo). Once our team reviews and approves your documents — typically within 24–48 business hours — your account is activated.

The following documents are required: (1) GST Registration Certificate, (2) PAN Card (business or proprietor), (3) Shop/office photograph, (4) Aadhaar Card (front and back) — optional but recommended, (5) Name board photograph — optional. All documents must be valid, legible and matching your registered business details.

The number of products you can list depends on your subscription plan: Trial (1 product), Starter (5 products), Growth (25 products), Pro (100 products), Enterprise (unlimited). Products must be relevant to the hotel and hospitality industry.

When a buyer sends you an OTP-verified enquiry, that is called a lead. Each lead deducted one credit from your subscription balance. If your credit balance is zero, leads are still saved in the system but you will not receive notifications until you top up. Credits are allocated monthly as per your plan and do not carry forward to the next month.

No. You may only list products that you actually manufacture, stock, wholesale or trade. Products must be relevant to the hotel, hospitality or HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) industry. The following are strictly prohibited: counterfeit or fake branded goods, products that infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights, illegal or banned items under Indian law, adult or age-restricted products, and products outside the hospitality supply category.

Violations can result in product removal, account suspension or permanent ban depending on severity. IHH reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend or terminate any seller account without prior notice if the listing violates our Terms & Conditions or applicable Indian law. No refund of subscription fees is provided for accounts suspended due to policy violations.

We strongly recommend responding to all leads within 12 hours. Faster response times significantly improve conversion rates. Sellers with consistently low response rates may have their listing visibility reduced on the platform.

No. Each business entity is permitted only one seller account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for the same business is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which accepts UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. All payment pages are SSL-secured.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription is activated and access to the plan features has been granted. This is clearly stated at the time of purchase. In case of a technical error resulting in duplicate payment, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Raise such requests at support@indiahospitalityhub.com with payment proof.

No. Lead credits are allocated per subscription cycle and expire at the end of that cycle. Unused credits do not carry forward. This applies to all plans including Growth, Pro and Enterprise.

Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every subscription payment. The invoice will be available in your seller dashboard under Billing. All subscription prices are exclusive of GST (18% applicable).

Plan upgrades are allowed at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle downgrades.

If your subscription expires, your product listings remain visible on the platform but you will stop receiving lead notifications. Your leads are still saved in the system. You can reactivate at any time by purchasing a new plan.

India Hospitality Hub operates as a technology intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. As an intermediary acting in good faith, IHH is not responsible for the content, accuracy or legality of third-party listings on the platform, subject to our compliance with applicable takedown and grievance requirements under Indian law.

IHH is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. All disputes — including non-delivery, product quality issues, payment fraud or contractual disagreements — are strictly between the buyer and the seller. IHH may assist by providing contact information but accepts no liability for transaction outcomes. Users are advised to resolve disputes through direct negotiation or appropriate legal remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or applicable Indian laws.

Email our designated Grievance Officer at grievance@indiahospitalityhub.com with full details: your name, contact, the listing or user in question, nature of the complaint and any supporting evidence. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days as mandated by IT Rules 2021.

Yes. As per our Terms & Conditions and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021, IHH reserves the right to remove any product listing or suspend/terminate any user account that violates our policies, applicable Indian law, or upon receipt of a valid court order or government directive. Account suspension for policy violations does not entitle the user to a subscription refund.

All matters relating to this platform, its Terms & Conditions or its operation are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute involving IHH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

IHH collects and processes personal data strictly for the purpose of operating the marketplace — including account creation, lead generation and platform communications. We do not sell, rent or share your data with unauthorised third parties. Data is stored securely on Indian servers. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Click "Login" in the top navigation, then click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered email address and you will receive a password reset OTP. Enter the OTP and set a new password. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

Log into your seller dashboard and navigate to Profile. You can update your business information, address, GST number, social links and bank details from the relevant profile sections. Some fields (like GST number) may require re-verification after change.

Account deletion requests must be submitted in writing to support@indiahospitalityhub.com from your registered email address. Upon verification, your account and associated data will be deactivated within 7 business days. Note: active subscriptions are not refunded on voluntary account deletion. Some data may be retained for legal and accounting compliance purposes as required by Indian law.

Products may be rejected or removed if they: violate our listing guidelines, contain inaccurate or misleading information, use stolen or stock images claimed as original, are outside the hospitality supply category, or violate applicable law. You will receive a reason for rejection via email. You may re-submit the product after making the required corrections.
