Seller Do's & Don'ts
Follow these guidelines to maintain your account in good standing

- Upload clear, accurate product images (your own photos)
- Provide honest pricing — "Price on Request" is acceptable
- Respond to buyer leads within 12 hours for best conversion
- Keep your GST details, address and mobile number updated
- List only products you actually manufacture, stock or trade
- Maintain professional communication with buyers at all times
DON'T — Violations Lead to Account Suspension
- List products you do not have access to supply
- Upload misleading, stolen or stock images as your own
- Create duplicate or multiple seller accounts
- List banned, counterfeit or legally restricted products
- Contact buyers outside the platform for unsolicited marketing
- Misrepresent your business type, location or certifications
